We are working with a leading Chartered Financial Planning organisation to recruit an additional IFA Administrator. Our client is a well-established & reputable business who are one of the leading names in the South West market, they have grown considerably over the past 5+ years.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their Financial Planning team. This opportunity will be based out of their Weston-Super-Mare offices (with hybrid working). As an IFA Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting accomplished Financial Advisers and will be a vital point of contact for the firms valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Advisers in all aspects of client management and financial planning.
- Prepare and process client documentation
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and Financial Advisers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate client records and manage client databases
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
To be considered you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial planning industry is highly preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software
