A market leading Financial Planning business with multiple offices across the UK currently has a vacancy for an IFA Administrator to join their team in Bournemouth. The company are a true market leader, being one of the largest and most successful Financial Planning organisations in the country.
The role will be working alongside an experienced Administration team, providing full Administration support to the company's Financial Adviser's.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up meeting packs, processing business, liaising with providers, Valuations, data entry and updating the CRM system etc.
- You will be working very closely with a book of HNW clients; answering general queries as well as booking appointments with the Financial Planner etc.
Ideally, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a strong technical knowledge, as well as an excellent communicator who is able to build a good client relationship. However, individuals from pensions, investments, platform/provider backgrounds will also be considered.
There will be plenty of opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to progress in the future with career paths into technical roles such as a Paraplanner or even Advisory positions. You will also be supported with study towards the CII Diploma Financial Planning and beyond.
