A national financial services business is currently seeking to recruit a Financial Services Coordinator to join their team the centre of Bristol. The company has a fantastic reputation for providing high quality financial advice & financial guidance to both private and corporate clients, they have won multiple awards and are a leader in the industry.
This role will be responsible for providing full administrative support and helping to set up & run seminars/events. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining & updating the internal systems with client information
- Help with planning/running events including - sending event invitations, monitor event & seminar feedback, speak with clients to answer any questions/queries they have
The client is looking to recruit an individual with strong attention to detail, who can work in a busy environment. As this role will have regular client contact you must be comfortable speaking on the phone and liaising with clients via email. You should also have good Microsoft Office experience including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word.
Individual with Financial Services experience would be preferred although not essential.
