We currently require an experienced Financial Planning Sales Manager to join a leading National Wealth Management business to be based out of the City of London. You will be required to head up a team of 15-20 Financial Planners, 4 of which are in the company’s top ten producers. The average tenure in the team is 14 years so it’s stable and highly productive. They are however over capacity in terms of clients and need to recruit further advisers in order to maximise earning potential. They need a positive individual with gravitas who can add value to the team – a strong communicator and man manager. You will have previous experience of leading a successful sales team within a financial services environment and be qualified to DipPFS level as a minimum.
