Our client is a national financial planning business with offices based close to London Bridge. They currently seek to recruit for a Financial Planning Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join the Wealth Management team.
This is a key role within the Wealth Management team, you will be working with highly successful Financial Advisers and Senior Paraplanners who will provide you with ongoing training and guidance. The right individual will have at least two years experience working within an IFA/Wealth Management practice, possibility already Paraplanning or a Senior Sales Support background.
You will ideally have two or more RO exams and will want to study for the Diploma in Financial Planning.
The role will be split between 75% Paraplanning & 25% Office Administration, the role will include but is not limited to -
- Supporting the Paraplanners and Financial Consultants
- Financial Report Writing
- Annual review valuation reports
- Attend client meetings alongside consultants
- Obtaining additional information from providers regarding transactions/fund research/withdrawals/annual allowances
- Fund research etc
You will have regular meetings with your line manager who will provide you with ongoing training and guidance. You will have the opportunity to further progress into a full Paraplanning position and further, you will also be given full support for all market exams.
