We are currently working with a National accountancy practice to recruit a financial planning administrator to join their wealth management division. This is a fixed term contract to cover a maternity cover however, as a growing business, there could be opportunity for an extension or permanent role at the end of the contract for those that impress.
You will be working closely with the advisers who provide holistic financial planning advice to HNW clients. Daily duties will include; liaising with clients and insurers over the telephone, providing technical admin support to the advisers, LOA's, processing new business, client valuations etc.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with at least 2 years of work experience in a Financial Planning environment. You must have a good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial services products and ideally will have studied towards professional qualifications through the CII or similar. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can 'hit the ground running' and would consider a Senior Administrator if available.
This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available candidate or someone finishing a temporary or fixed term contract. The business are a true market leader and gaining experience in such a professional environment would benefit any IFA Administrator.
