An esteemed wealth management firm boasting more than four decades of expertise is presently in search of a Financial Planning Administrator specializing in report writing. With a dedicated focus on guiding individuals through personal and business financial matters, this firm customizes solutions to address each client's specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Wealth Planners and their clientele.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with your Administration team, Para-Planning, and other internal departments to ensure streamlined and high-quality administration, resulting in exceptional client outcomes.
  • Aid Wealth Planners in organizing and managing their client portfolios according to segmentation and service propositions, contributing to a structured approach to team workload.
  • Assist in managing Wealth Planner schedules, engaging with all key stakeholders internally and externally to enhance efficiency and client service.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate client reviews in accordance with documented service levels and regulatory standards. Assist in scheduling reviews and preparing for meetings in a structured manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client files pre- and post-meetings, ensuring all relevant information and paperwork are included.
  • Handle post-meeting administrative tasks, including processing Letters of Authority and submitting business to various platforms and providers promptly and accurately.
  • Reconcile initial, ongoing, and client-paid fees monthly, liaising with Wealth Planners and Finance teams to ensure timely payment.
  • Support Wealth Planners in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, conducting client research, and onboarding prospective clients.
  • Assist Wealth Planners in exploring referrals and professional connections.
  • Maintain a fundamental level of industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrated responsibility, accountability, proactiveness, and intuition in their role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in their work.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
  • Experience in report writing
