MB Fitzgerald are working with the Financial Planning division of a successful Chartered Accountancy Practice to recruit for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team.

The role is to replace a long-serving member of staff who is relocating, therefore the successful candidate will take over an established client bank upon joining the business. The previous IFA was producing around £300K of business (£200K recurring, 100K inital appx) and any new member of staff would be tasked with retaining these clients as well as developing new business.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser with the drive and determination to develop new business leads through networking. There is already an established client book but the company are keen to add new clients and so are looking for somebody who is highly motivated. You must be Diploma Qualified as a minimum, have a sound technical knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investments and must have experience of advising clients on these products.

The FP division have around 10 staff including the back office team and all Compliance, Paraplanning and Administration will be completed for you, allowing you more time to concentrate on meeting clients.

On offer is a competitive basic salary of £40-45K plus benefits and bonuses. OTE for this role is around £65K assuming that business levels remain constant, although there is unlimited earnings potential for an Adviser willing to work hard and bring on new clients. A benefits package including 3% Pension, heathcare plan, full exam support and 25 days holiday will also be provided.
