Financial Planner - Manchester - Salary to £55,000 plus Bonuses plus Equity plus Benefits

MB Fitzgerald are currently working with an award winning, highly respected and established firm of Chartered Financial Planners in Manchester who are looking to recruit an additional Financial Planner.

The vacancy has come about organically, with existing Adviser staff at full client capacity but new enquiries coming in faster than ever due to their success. They are looking for a highly experienced Financial Adviser who can help them to grow the business. Due to the quality of their enquiries and the quality of their advice, currently they are converting over 40% of them into clients and they would like any new Adviser to have the ability to continue this trend.

The company are Independent and Chartered Financial Planners working with business owners, company directors and senior executives across Manchester and the North West. They provide advice across all products and have many accreditations and certifications including the SOLLA care advice standard.

We are looking for an Adviser with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the role. You will be Chartered or close to achieving this. Candidates should view this as a long term opportunity as you will be offered equity in the business upon completion of agreed targets. Perhaps this would suit an individual at a larger company looking to join a business where they can help to build something, although it would equally suit an Adviser who is self employed and looking to be part of something slightly bigger.

The company can provide the majority of your leads and full back office and paraplanning support in order to help you succeed. You'll be left to concentrate on impressing new clients and providing a first class service to those that you've signed up.

A competitive salary of up to £55,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. You'll also be set achievable targets to earn bonuses, with thresholds at 1X salary, so bonus in the first year is realistic. Further study support and other benefits including pension will also be provided.
