They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their dynamic team within the corporate division. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a growing segment of their business, where you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Consult with corporate clients to understand their specific employee benefits needs and objectives
- Design and present customised employee benefits solutions that align with client goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of employee benefits programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients
- Spot opportunities for growth of revenue within current client bank
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant or similar role in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits - across all areas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results
- Relevant industry certifications and qualifications are a plus
