Employee Benefits Account Manager - Leeds - up to £45,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with the Employee Benefits division of a well established Insurance Brokerage who have major plans for expansion over the next few years.
The company are looking for an Account Manager to take over a number of their Director's clients to free them up to develop new business relationships. The role will be essential for maintaining their high client retention rate and ensuring that clients continue to enjoy excellent service.
The position will involve; annual reviews, administrative duties such as membership changes, answering client queries and other ongoing support to ensure that clients are making the most of their products and services.
The majority of the clients will be PMI or Group Risk clients and so previous experience with these employee benefits would be ideal. The role would suit either a very expereinced EB Administrator looking to make a step up, or an Employee Benefits Adviser/ Account Manager who is looking to join a company offering excellent opportunities for progression. You'll be working directly alongside the MD and immediately will become a key part of an exciting project.
Salary on this role is negotiable, but around £35-45K plus company benefits. Initially the role would need to be office based but once you have learnt the role there may be some flexibility to work from home
