MB Fitzgerald are working with a national financial services organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Representative to join their growing team in Bristol. The business is highly regarded they work at the top end of their market providing financial advice to clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they now have the requirement for an additional Customer Services Representative/Account Manager to join them. The role will focus on:
· Speaking with clients on a daily basis, handling inbound & outbound calls
· Building long term relationships with clients, helping with queries/questions
· Inputting and updating information onto the internal system
· Working with senior members of the team to help set up and plan meetings & events
To be considered you should have experience within a similar position and will be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, by email and sometimes face to face. You should have strong attention to detail and will be familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
