We are working with a national Financial Services organisation who are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to join their busy Bristol office. The organisation is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to work within their events team, this team is responsible for running financial education programmes for a wide range of clients.
In this role you will be required to manage/organise the delivery of financial education programmes, whilst identifying development opportunities to be followed up and discussed with the New Business team. You will manage accounts, speak with clients to provide excellent service and build long term relationships.
The client is looking for a well spoken individual who has a strong telephone manner, an individual that can connect and build relationships with clients. Ideally you will have worked within a customer focused position where you have dealt with clients in the past, a call centre etc.
