Compliance / Company Secretarial Assistant - Insurance
Role: A fantastic opportunity has come up to join this growing Lloyd's Syndicate supporting the Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance to carry out company secretarial and compliance duties for both the Syndicate and the Company sides of the business.
You will be preparing for Committee meetings and providing minutes and circulating them to the relevant parties. Reporting to Companies House and assisting with returns and Lloyd's applications. You will also be reviewing contracts and agreements and providing feedback, deal with complaints, drafting of policies and procedures and checking any relevant company documentation. There will also be other general administrative duties and projects that you will be able to get involved with.
Requirements: Ideally we are looking for a graduate / graduate calibre ideally Law related or similar, who has gained experience working in a compliance role with a knowledge of company secretarial duties and minute taking. Insurance experience is required and ideally from a Lloyd's Syndicate background an awareness of Conduct Risk within the Lloyd's environment would be an advantage.
