You will be assisting the Group Company Secretary function in providing full secretarial services by servicing the Committee meetings on behalf of the team.
Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with UK and overseas corporate legislative requirements, supporting Committees of the Board where required, including taking minutes, and assisting with the delivery of high quality governance with the Committees serviced by the team.
Experience and Skills required: Proficient use of Blueprint or equivalent software, experience of using Visio, minute writing skills, adobe/PDF to combine meeting papers, good attention to detail and good teamwork and communication skills.
