We are looking for a Claims Operations Assistant to join this leading Lloyd’s Syndicate on their small Claims Ops team, reporting into the Head of Claims Operations and to provide cover and support on a 12-month fixed term contract
You will be assisting the Claims Operations and Claims team with all aspects of the Claims Operations function. Providing a superior level of operational support to the Claims team to ensure it is able to deliver an exceptional standard of claims performance and service whilst meeting its regulatory and compliance requirements. You will have experience in reporting and data manipulation.
They are looking for someone with experience of ideally working within a Syndicate, with strong Excel sills to include, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc. Experience of ECF and IMR would be preferred and must be available at short notice to start ASAP
