Chartered Financial Planner - Northampton - Boutique, Chartered Financial Planners - Salary negotiable

MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a well establised firm of Chartered Financial Planners who specialise in providing holistic financial planning services to HNW individuals. They currently have a requirement for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join their team, working alongside the Managing Director and with existing clients.

The business are highly regarded and have grown organically through referrals over recent years. An average client has approximately £500K of assets invested with the company and so candidates will ideally be comfortable with not just basic pensions and investments but also IHT calculations, CGI, Cash flow modeling, EIS and VCT's.

We are looking for a highly experienced candidate who is qualified to Chartered status. You will need to be confident in dealing with HNW candidates and must have a proven record of client retention, business production and compliance.

Your will be responsible for working with an existing book of clients, perfoming annual reviews and fact finds and sourcing new business opportunities as well as developing new clients from enquiries and referrals. You will be supported by an experienced Paraplanning and Administration team allowing you more time to work with clients.

Salary on this role is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. At the moment the company are working from home although it is likely that you will need to attend the office whilst your training and onboarding is taking place. It is the company's intention to get all staff back into the office once it is completely safe to do so although there may be some flexibility to work from home for the right candidate.
