Business Development Manager / Account Manager - Midlands Based - Salary negotiable plus up to 50% Bonus - Leading Investment Wrap Platform
We are working with a multi award winning Wrap Platform to recruit an additional Account Manager for their business development team. Our client are a highly regarded business, they provide a truly unique service that puts the client first.
They are seeking to recruit a field/home based Account Manager to join their growing team which focuses on client retention. The role will be split between two parts -
- New clients - working with all new clients to provide first class support, guidance and where necessary training on their new platform. You will be required to ensure the new client is able to use the platform effectively whilst building a long term relationship.
- Existing clients - You will work with the firms existing clients, again building long term relationships and ensuring they are happy with the platform/ the level of service they are being provided.
Effectively the role will be to work with both new and exiting clients to ensure they happy with the platform as a whole ensuring client retention. It will be a busy and varied role, dealing with all different types and level of clients.
The candidate must have a full driving license and be willing to travel regularly across the Midlands to see clients.
The client is offering a basic salary plus excellent benefits including 10% pension + a highly competitive bonus. The bonus is exceptional and can be paid up to 50% of basic salary.
