MB Fitzgerald are working with a successful financial services organisation to recruit an additional Administrator. Our client is a Financial Planning business that provide holistic independent advice to clients across the South West, due to continued expansion they now require a new member of staff to help with the busy workload.
As an administrator you will get involved in all aspects of support for the company, some of the duties involved include:
Answering telephone calls from clients & third parties
Processing documents, new business and updating/inputting on to the internal system
Issuing letters of authority to product providers
Issuing emails to clients requesting appointments with their adviser
Chasing clients for any outstanding documentation
The client is looking for a hardworking and professional individual. Ideally you will have experience working within a Financial Services organisation, the client will consider individuals from a banking, pensions, investments, accountancy or financial planning background.
