Michelle has over 15 years’ experience within a business support capacity and joined mbf. in January 2016 working as the Office Manager on a part time basis. She has since progressed to become our Operations Director in 2018 and is proving vital to the business.
Michelle undertakes the day to day operational and back office functions of the business. This is a varied role and includes documenting all financial transactions, credit control, handling bills and payments, processing payroll, staff contracts and providing administrative support to the Directors and Consultants.
Outside of work Michelle is mainly kept busy with family life, looking after and spending time with her son.
