Following our initial contact with you, we will invite you in for a meeting to have an in-depth discussion about your experience, qualifications and personal motivations. For candidates with work commitments, we will initiate this discussion over the telephone or via skype.
We will provide you with feedback on your strengths, areas requiring development, opportunities of success in your desired field and the steps we will take to ensure we find the right role for you.
This information will then be communicated throughout the team to ensure we explore every avenue to fit your needs.
Once a suitable opportunity has been sourced, we will email you the job description and then call you to discuss the role in more detail. It is then your decision if you wish to be considered for an interview.
If you are happy to progress with your application, we will then pass your CV, along with our recommendation, to the prospective employer.
Should you be shortlisted for an interview, we will make sure that you are fully prepared in every way. We will provide you with documentation, detailed interview tips and a full overview of the client’s requirements to ensure that you are comfortable, confident and prepared.
